Raid Rewards

    Hey guys, have you been looking at the official forum? Pretty crazy over there.

    The real rewards, in my opinion, are the Traya shards and the guild shop currency for gear. The gear is just a bonus or something to role your eyes at. Considering most of us aren't touching the heroic raids yet, the rewards still seem pretty lackluster compared to effort needed to clear the lower tiers.

    At heroic level I agree, although finishing our last raid (T6) the gear rewards had dropped significantly there as well. As you say, reward vs effort when not at heroic level were already poor, and now seem worse. Nice to not have a box full of challenge gear though.

    We don't run T6 at all since we cleared it the first time. It's just too much of a slog and people don't want to spend nearly a week on a raid.

    We found T5 took almost as long as T6 and for worse rewards, so we decided we may as well have the slightly better rewards for the similar time investment. We're at 120 mil GP now and have a heavy focus on Sith Raid toons within the guild so hopefully we'll be able to hit heroic sooner rather than later.
